Three photographs of Hastings Harbour Arm during Storm Doris in February 2017. As of 2019, this scene has changed now as the Harbour Arm has received significant reinforcement in the form of concrete and granite blocks. More information about the work can be seen here.
I felt that these photographs looked better in black and white, rather than colour. Despite the strong winds, the skies were clear and the sun was creating strong shadows and highlighting the spray.
